Meal plan in minutes with these color combo meal cards with portion control container counts. On the back of each card is the list of ingredients you need for each recipe. This is designed to help you save time when you sit down to meal plan. Instead of looking up the recipe to find out what ingredients you need, simply pull the cards you plan to use and flip them over to create your grocery list. It's a system I've been using for years and it works well.
The Color Combo Meal Cards for Main Courses (red, yellow, green) are outlined in different colors. Each color represents a different protein category.
Green = Vegetarian
Yellow= Poultry (chicken, turkey)
Red = Beef
Blue = Seafood
Pink = Pork
In order to help you add variety to your diet select a main dish recipe from a different protein category for each night of the week.
- Monday = Vegetarian or Meatless Meal
- Tuesday = Poultry (chicken, turkey)
- Wednesday = Beef
- Thursday = Seafood
- Friday = Pork
Some of the recipes list where they came from, like (Fixate, T25). You can also find some of the recipes used on the Color Combo Meal Cards on my Color Combo Meal Card Recipes Pinterest Board.
